Applying static conditions of equilibrium,
$∴Σ F_y (↑ +ve)=0 \\ ∴ -60+ R_N=0 \\ ∴R_N=60N ( ↑) \\ ∴Σ F_x=(→ +ve)=0 \\ ∴P-F=0\space\space\space or\space\space P- μR_N=0 \\ P= μR_N=0.5 ×60=30N$
(To just disturb the equilibrium force should balance the force of friction)
