Decision making in project management is the process where the project leader and project team decide upon project strategy, tactics, and acceptable actions. For Project Stakeholders, the decisions normally concern project boundaries. For Project Core Team members, the decisions normally concern project plans and execution.

• Choose and Implement the Best Solution: Project manager should make use of every filtration process, they should be able to decide on the best solution for the impending problem and quickly put that into action.

• Keep Monitoring the Results: Project managers will only know if the decision made failed or succeeded if they keep monitoring and tracking the outcome of the solution. This can either be short-term or long-term, depending on the severity of the problem.
