2. Build and implement a software architecture using an architectural style (e.g. Layers, MVC, …). You may use combination of more than one.
3. Implement at least five design patterns (e.g. Singleton, Factory, Façade, …) in the application.
4. The application must include an appropriate GUI.
5. Write a short report of one to two pages explaining your work and how the application will run.

Note: The application is NetBeans and the programming language is Javafx
