$$\text{Purchase price} = Rs. 1100000$$

$\text{Land Price}$ $= \text{land rate × area of land} \\ = 3200 \times 170 \\ =Rs. 544000.$

$\text{Building price}$ $= \text{Total plinth area x plinth rate} \\ = 110 x 9000 \\ = 990000$

$Total rate$ $= 990000 + 544000 \\ = 1534000 \gt \text{Purchase price}$

Hence it is a profit.
