a. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and
the client.
b. Understanding costs analysis for repair and maintenance project work.
c. Assisting in establishing a clients requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
d. Performing risk and value management and cost control.
e. Advising on procurement strategy.
f. Allocating work to subcontractors.
g. Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.
h. Valuing completed work and arranging payments.
