This is a High Voltage and High Current Circuit.

Step 1 : Selection of R1 & R2

VO=VREF(1+R1R2) Assume R2 = 10KΩ and VREF = 7.15V 12=7.15(1+R110K) R1=6.78K

Step 2 : Selection of R3

R3=R1||R2 R3=6.78K||10K R3=4.04K

Step 3 : Selection of RA & RB

Step 5 : Selection of Q3
