SRAM	DRAM
SRAM is stands for static random access memory	DRAM is stands for dynamic random access memory.

Bistable latching circuitry is used to store each bit in SRAM.	Stores each bit of data in a separate capacitor within an integrated circuit in DRAM.
SRAM is a Cache memory in computer system.	DRAM is a main memory in computer system.Eg.DDR3 ram
SRAM circuitry is consist of a flip-flop logics.	DRAM circuitry is made up of MOSFET and capacitor.
More number of components are used.	Less number of components are used.
Memory of SRAM is less than DRAM.	Memory of DRAM is more than SRAM.
SRAM is faster memory than DRAM.	DRAM is a bit slower than SRAM
Power consumption is less than DRAM because it works on low frequency as well as it doesn't need frequent refreshing.	Power consumption is more than SRAM because it works on high frequency as well as it need frequent refreshing.
SRAM is a computer memory which does not need frequent refreshing.	DRAM is a memory which need frequent refreshing.
