Given:

Maximum peak voltage

$V_m=10\\ V_{C_m}=400\ V$

$V=\dfrac{V_m}{\sqrt 2}=\dfrac{10}{\sqrt 2}=5\sqrt 2\ V$

$V_{co}=\dfrac{V_{cm}}{\sqrt 2}=\dfrac{400}{\sqrt 2}=200\sqrt 2\ V$

Quality factor of circuit

$Q=\dfrac{V_{co}}{V}=\dfrac{200\sqrt 2}{5\sqrt 2}=40$
