Given: $C=314\ \mu F$
$V=230\ V$
$f=50\ Hz$
$X_C=\dfrac{1}{2\pi fC}=\dfrac{1}{2\pi \times 50\times 314\times 10^{-6}}=10.14\ \Omega $
$I=\dfrac{V}{X_C}=\dfrac{230}{10.14}=22.68\ A$
