Volume of Oil=5 ml
Density of Oil=0.92 g/cc
Volume of KOH=2 ml
Normality of KOH=N/100
So,
Weight of oil=Volume×Density=5×0.92=4.6 gm
$Acid\ value=\dfrac{Volume\ of\ KOH\times{}N_{KOH}\times{}56}{Weight\ of\ oil\ in\ gm}$
$=\dfrac{2\times{}0.01\times{}56}{4.6}$
$=0.243\ mg\ of\ KOH$
$Acid\ value=0.243\ mg\ of\ KOH$
Oil is not suitable for lubrication since its acid value is greater than 0.1 mg of KOH.
