$Volume of sphere =\frac{4}{3} \pi r^{3}$

$\therefore \frac{4}{3} \pi r^{3}=\frac{88}{21}$

$r^{3}=\frac{88}{21} \times \frac{3}{4} \times \frac{7}{22}$

$r^{3}=1$

$r=1$

$Surface area of sphere =4 \pi \mathrm{r}^{2}$ $=4 \pi(1)^{2}=4 \pi \mathrm{sq.m.}$
