Solution:

$Point =\left(x_{1}, y_{1}\right)=(1,7) \quad \& slope =2$

$\therefore Equation of line is,$

$\quad y-y_{1}=m\left(x-x_{1}\right)$

$\therefore y-7=2(x-1)$

$\therefore 2 x-y+5=0$
