Consider
$\left|\begin{array}{lll}{x_{1}} & {y_{1}} & {1} \\ {x_{2}} & {y_{2}} & {1} \\ {x_{3}} & {y_{3}} & {1}\end{array}\right|$
$=\left|\begin{array}{ccc}{8} & {1} & {1} \\ {3} & {-4} & {1} \\ {2} & {-5} & {1}\end{array}\right|$
$=8(-4+5)-1(3-2)+1(-15+8)$
$=0$
$\therefore$ Points are collinear
