(A) By centre line method:
(a) Length of centre line for mainwalls = 2{5.0+2802)+(4+2808) = 19.20m (b) Length of centre line for verandah walls, sides = 2(1.5+.803+.208)=3.50m
Number of joints = 2nos
Front = 3+2*.208=3.20m
Total = 6.70m
Note that a join occurs at a place where three walls join.
