Systematic design analysis for municipal corporation includes various activities like online services, tourism, complaint, tender, report, carriers, ward details, etc. This detail and its systematic design may vary from one system to another system. For example, greater Mumbai corporation (municipal corporation) has launched mobile App, portal for various activities and developments in the Mumbai and its logical (system design) design has shown below:

In this mobile app, there are various hyperlinks, relevant documents such as voter list, circular, new tender, wards and department, etc.
If you wish to see the particular ward detail, then we need to select the ward detail by entering/selecting the controls such as:
In fig (2) (ward map), by selecting the particular ward, we can get the complete detail about the ward such as ward office location, geographical information, important contact, No.s, list of water logging spots, No. of dilapidated buildings in S1 category. Vulnerable settlements emergency assembly points, open gardens/ground spaces, fire stations, bus depots, parking lots, rain gauges, hospitals, NGOS, food packer, suppliers, etc.

Interface guidelines for Mumbai municipal corporation mobile app includes system design based on the latest requirements and feedback from various types of user accessing the mobile app.
Using this mobile app, citizens can view the reservations on plots according to the development plan (DP). This MCGM or mobile app GIS portal will display the latest information about the various activities in the departments of the civic body. This will actually speed-up decision making and coordination among the various departments.
Lot of changes/improvements required to update the mobile app for interface guidelines and improvement for effective interaction between the user and designer and in time results must be produced from mobile app for any kind of user requirements.
