Critical Path:

A critical path is the longest path in the project network diagram and is also the shortest time in which the project can be completed. A critical path is that path in the network diagram which has no slack – meaning activities in the critical path have zero slack.

The overall minimum project completion time is 29 weeks. The critical path and the activities on them are – A,C,D,G,H The float time associated with the only non-critical activity F is 2, with B is 5 and with E is 5.
