$\begin{align} HCV &= \frac{1}{100} \left[ 8080C+34500(H- \frac{O}{8}) +2240 S \right] \\ &= \frac{1}{100} \left[ 8080 \times 60+ 34500(4 - \frac{28}{8}) +2240 \times 1.5 \right] \\ &= \frac{1}{100} \left[533280 + 34500 (4-3.5) \times 3360 \right] \\ &= \frac{1}{100} \left[553890 \right] \\ &= 5538.90 \space kcal/kg \end{align}$
