Heat Resisting Steel: C $\rightarrow$ 1.2%, Cr $\rightarrow$ 12-16%.

They are magnetic, tough and can be worked in cold state. They can be used at temp upto 800 degrees C. They are resistant to weather condition and water.

They are used in making surgical instruments, scissors, blades etc.
