• Power : 10KW-500KW (CW) 30MW (pulsed ).
• Power gain: 15 dB-70 dB (60dB nominal).
• Bandwidths: Limited (because cavity resonators are being used ) 10-60 MHz- generally used in fixed frequency applications.
• Noise figure: 15-20dB (Sometimes greater than 25dB).
• Theoretical efficiency: 50% (30-40% nominal).

Applications:

• Medium,high and very high poweramplifier in the UHF and Microwave range,for either continuous or pulse operation.
