Cp - Cv = R

R =1-0.71=0.29

P2V2= MRT2

0.26×103 × 0.441 = 1×0.29 × T2

T2 = 114.66/ 0.29 = 395.370C

Change in internal energy per Kg of gas

ΔU = m × Cv (T2 – T1 )

= 1 × 0.71 ×(395.37-300) = 67.71 KJ/Kg
