Given circuit is, parallel biased clamper.

Case-1:

Consider, Negative half-cycle of input, i.e. Vi < 0

The equivalent circuit will be:

Now apply KVL to above circuit,

VcVi5=0

Vc=Vi+5

Vc=20+5

Vc=25V

Also, V0=5V

Case 2:

Consider positive half cycle, Diode will be reverse biased and acts as the open circuit shown below

Now, applying KVL to above circuit

V0ViVc=0

V0=Vi+Vc

= 10 + 25

V0=35V

Therefore output waveform for the given circuit :
