Consider 10m³ of wet Volume of concrete
For dry volume add 30%
$Q1=10+\bigg(\frac{30}{100}×10\bigg)=13m³$
Add 20% for wastage
$Q2=13+\bigg(\frac{20}{100}×13\bigg)=15.6 m³$
∴Dry Volume = 15.6 m³
No. of bags $=\frac{2.48}{0.0347}=81.82m²$
1 bag = 50 kg
Density of cement =1440kg/m³
$\frac{50}{1440}=0.0347 m³$
Quantity of sand $= 1.5×\text{Quantity of cement} \\ = 1.5×2.84 = 4.26m³$
Quantity of coarse aggregate $=3 × \text{Quantity of cement} \\ = 3×2.84 = 8.52 m³$

Density of steel = 7850 kg/m³
