Elastic Analysis:-

$Z_e = \frac{I_{NA}}{Y_{max}}$

I = $\frac{bh^2}{12}*2$

$Y_{max} = h$

= $\frac{\frac{bh^3}{6}}{h}$

[$Z_e = \frac{bh^2}{6}$]

Plastic Analysis:-

$Z_p = \frac{A}{2}[Y_1 +Y_2]$

= $\frac{bh^2}{3}$

sharp factor :-

S = $\frac{Z_p}{Z_e}$

= $\frac{\frac{bh^2}{3}}{\frac{bh^2}{6}}$ ; [S= 2]
