Sr.no.	WAP	Imode
1	3G mobile service providers have WAP based services in Europe and other big markets.	imode is available only in japan.
2	WAP uses WML which is subset of XML.	imode uses cHTML which is subset of HTML.
3	WAP requires dial up for using the services.	imode is characterized as “always-on” connection where,Users are not charged for time they spend offline.
4	Since it uses WML, it is more extensible.	It is less extensible but easier to develop from web-designer stand-point.
5	Since XML allows dynamic content and various different applications, it is more benefited in long run.	It is not more benefited in the long run.
