The conventional practice of dividing and subdividing the process to perform round the structural process is taken over by “complete process focus” in business process reengineering. This makes employee’s focus on how work is done rather than trying to improve what is being correctly done.
This clearly gives way for reengineering case for action to all employees with emphasis on factors like context, problem identification, market, demands, diagnostics, cost of inaction and a clear vision.
