$h= 6.634 * 10^{-32} \\ $

$c = 3 * 10^{8} \\ $

$ λ = 500*10^{-9} m \\ $

$ K = 1.38 * 10^{-23} J/K \\ $

$ T = 27 +273 =300 K \\ $

$ hc/λ = 6.634*10^{-34} * 3*10^{8} / 500 * 10^{-9} = 3.98*10^{-19} \\ $

$ KT =1.38 *10^{-23} * 300 = 4.14 *10^{-21} \\ $

$ N_2 / N_1 = 1.7834*10^{-42} \\ $
