$θ_c= \sin^{-1} \dfrac {n_2}{n_1} \\ \sin^{-1} \dfrac { n_2}{n_1} = 45° \\ \dfrac {n_2}{n_1} = \sin 45 = 0.707 \\ n_2 = 1.45 * 0.707 \\ = 1.025$
