In today scenario the use of computer has vast significance the physical use of computer helps in analyzing the product before it is physically manufactured.

For Example when a new product is involved in the market, the product is first analyzed on the various CAE software. The results obtained from the CAE software leads to the conclusion that whether the product is to be manufacturing x not.

Example :- CAE – Crash Analysis of car : -

When a new car is launched into market. The first thing that 5 checked whether the car has passed the crash test or not. A crash test is nothing but a physical car build in model and some boundary condition are applied saying that a real car when banged to a wall. The result that would have generated by physical building a car and then making it crash against a wall would have given the some results in the software. The software physically shows the exert conditions that will be produced if a real car strikes a wall. The real deforcenation of the car of the car body and the passenger is checked.

The result produced by the CAE software helps to identify the result prion to manufacturing of the product.
