By formula,

ID=IDSS[1VGSQVp]2

But, VGS = IDRS

It has been given thatVRS=IDRS= 1.5 V

VGS = -1.5 V

Hence,

ID=10[11.52]2=10[11.5/2]2

ID= 0.625 mA

To find VDS:

VDD = IDRD+VDS+VRS

15 = (0.625 X 2) +VDS + 1.5

VDS= 12.25 Volts
