$VB = wAB * AB = 5 * 0.2 = 1 m/s $

Considering rod bc,

$wBC = VB / IB = 1/0.15 = 6.667 rad/s \\ Also, VC = wBC*IC = 3 m/s $

Angular velocity of link BC is 6.67rad/s & velocity of piston C is 3m/s
