$IB=100mm \\ IC=72mm \\ \text { Given that } \omega_{AB} =3 rad/s \\ \therefore V_B=AB×\omega_{AB} =100×3 \\ \therefore V_B=300 mm/s \\ Or\space V_B=0.3 m/s \\ V_c = \dfrac {IC}{IB} ×V_B \\ = \dfrac {72}{100} ×0.3 \\ \therefore V_C=0.216 m/s \Rightarrow Ans$
