1. This is one method which can be applied to work for its execution on conventional contraction system.
2. This system comprises of systematic development of the dwellings with aid of investigation into needs, market research & analysis of technology & economic possibilities of construction.
3. Execution and use together with the building of prototype, a dwelling type is evolved which leads itself to large scale reproduction.
4. During and after the finishing stages, analysis is made & the experience obtained in the construction & the use of dwelling is lead to the programming stage, where upon a new cycle may be started.
5. The fundamental points to be considered in the schemes are: team work, continuity, interpretation of results of research and experimentation, feed back
6. Possibility of improvement can be held only if there is a team work & there is continuity in the construction work.
